Corella Accommodation - Forrest St Apartments

While staying at Corella Accommodation –Forrest St Apartments, we ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of other guests and neighbours and to help maintain a clean, comfortable and peaceful environment for everyone.

• Guests must respect the right of other guests to peace and quiet at all times. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages caused by themselves during their stay, whether inside or around the property. Applicable repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
• No items belonging to Corella Accommodation are permitted to be removed from the premises.
• Corella Accommodation accepts no responsibility for injuries occurring on or around the property, subject to applicable law.
• If a problem or concern arises during your stay, please contact the managers as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to assist and resolve the matter. Guests should not wait until after check-out to report issues.

Pet Policy

Guests are required to clean up after their pets at all times. Doggy waste bags are provided for your convenience and should be used to dispose of pet waste appropriately. Guests who fail to clean up after their pets may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets remain quiet and under control at all times. Please be considerate of other guests and respect their right to a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Guests are also responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause damage to the property, escape from the premises, or create a risk to themselves, other guests, or other animals. Any damage caused by a pet may result in additional charges to the guest responsible for the booking.

Owners are responsible for the care, supervision and safety of their pets at all times. Corella Accommodation cannot accept responsibility for pets that are lost, escape from the property, or become injured during their stay, subject to applicable law.

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Corella Accommodation does not accept deposits or partial payments.

If a guest chooses to cancel or shorten their stay after the reservation has commenced, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the booking.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to five days prior to their scheduled arrival date.

If a reservation is cancelled within four days of the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Once a reservation has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations or early departures.

Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate are charged at the full reservation amount and are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.

A minimum three-night stay applies to bookings covering 24, 25 and 26 December 2026.

A minimum two-night stay applies to bookings covering 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027.

A minimum three-night stay applies to bookings during the Diggers & Dealers period.

Bookings made for the Diggers & Dealers period are non-refundable.
