When is check in and check out?

Check in is any time after 2pm and check out is any time before 10am. Earlier check ins and later check outs may be arranged if available.

How do I check in and check out?

All apartments have their own key lock box, which are located at the front gate near the letter box. Guests will receive the code to the specified apartment lockbox on the morning of their arrival. The code must be entered into the lock box to retrieve the keys for the front door. 

When checking out, please return the keys the lockbox and make sure it is locked securely.

We are always available to help if needed.

Do you allow pets?

All pets are welcome at Corella Accommodation at no extra cost.

Is there off-street parking?

All apartments at Corella Accommodation have secure off street parking.

Is there a minimum night stay?

The minimum nightly stay is one night, though this can change during certain periods of the year.

Can I book long term?

We always welcome long-term bookings.

Do I have the entire accommodation to myself?

Yes, you will have the entire apartment to yourself, the nightly standard rate is the same regardless of the minimum or maximum guests staying.

Do you provide baby cots?

Yes, a baby porta cot with bedding can be provided upon request at no extra charge for children up to three years of age.

Are groups of young adults or minors allowed to book an apartments?

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per apartment is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.

How do I modify or cancel my booking?

Please get in touch with us asap and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is the cancellation policy of my booking?

Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.

 

All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

  • For cancellations made within 24 hours OR 7 days before the reservation date, a full refund of the reservation price will be given.
  • For cancellations made 3 days before the reservation date, a half refund of the reservation price will be given.
  • For cancellation made 24 hours before the reservation date, no refund will be given.
  • For cancellations made mid reservation no refund will be given.
  • All reservations made between the 3rd August to 7th August are non-refundable. No refunds are applicable for these dates.


Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit the full amount paid

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
